Note: In order to log into the Community, you must know your Single Sign On (SSO) username and password. If you do know have this information, then please go to this post first to get your SSO login details.
If you already know your Single Sign On (SSO) username and password, then you can proceed with the login steps below:
1. Click on the user icon 👤 at the top right.
2. That will bring up the StoneX sign-in window shown below.
Getting your Single Sign-On (SSO) Username and Password
Please follow the steps below to set up your SSO username and password to log into the Community:
1. Check the inbox (or spam folder) of the email address associated with your trading account, and search for an email from privateclient@forex.com with the title "FOREX.com invites you to a new trading community!"
2. Click on the activation link in that email to set up your SSO user profile. (Note: The activation link expires after 7 days. If the your link is no longer valid, then email community@stonex.com to request a new activation link.)
3. The activation link with take you to a page where you can set up your password to log into the Community.
4. For added security, you can then choose your preferred me multi-factor authentication such as Phone to receive a verification code on your mobile device when logging in.
5. After you have set up your SSO login credentials, you can follow the steps in the post above to log into the Community.
